No analytics, no cookies, no tracking — and two joins we refuse to make.

What this site publishes about people

This is a register of named individuals, and it is meant to be: ASIC tells consumers to check their adviser, and that check is done by name. We publish what ASIC publishes — name, adviser number, authorisation, licensee, business locality and state.

There is no street address anywhere here, because the source carries none: ASIC records the business locality, state and postcode, and nothing finer.

The join we refuse to make

ASIC also publishes 7,212 people as banned or disqualified. It would be easy to match those names against the advisers register and flag the hits. We do not, and will not: names repeat, and a namesake flagged automatically would be accused of being barred from their profession. The two lists sit side by side, unjoined, with the caveat written on the page.

What your browser sends

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies, no third-party scripts. Static files only.

Your search never reaches a server. It lives in the part of the address after the #, which browsers do not transmit, and the lookup runs in your browser against static index files. We cannot see who you searched for, because it is not sent — which matters more here than on most registers.

The host, Cloudflare Pages, keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, time, file requested — as any host does. We have no per-visitor analytics.

If you send us a message

Two forms collect an email address: an advice enquiry, and a bulk access or dataset enquiry. Both are handled by Formspree, which forwards them to our mailbox.

Ask us to delete what you sent and we will, at the contact address.

If you are on the register

Your registration is a public fact and we republish it as ASIC does. If something here is wrong, or if you believe an entry is being read in a way the register does not support, write to us and we will look at it the same week.
